Throttle cable connection

I found that the friction in the left throttle was caused by the screws rubbing on the delrin spacer.
I added a small amount of slicon grease and this helped solve the problem. I also found that the cable adjusters were bent at such an angle that the throttle cables were rubbing increasing friction.
I bent these slightly so that the cables no longer rubbed, which greatly improved the throttle action and would prevent any future fraying and possible cable breakage.
